Hi, I’m Erin.

I’m a Mom, Nutritionist, Fitness Instructor, Speaker and Author and I love to enjoy the outdoors with my amazing daughter Elizabeth!

I’m passionate about healing with whole foods through customized nutritional profiling.  I help empower clients to develop an awareness about their health with a proactive and preventative approach.  Understanding how your body works and knowing what foods and supplements to use towards overcoming your health concerns is essential to feeling your best.

After struggling for over 15 years with health problems that doctors could not figure out, I turned to the only thing I knew that could help me rebuild – food.  To nourish myself at the foundation and restore my health. Today, I share this information that transformed my life with clients to help them understand that food is so much more than a hungry tummy – and how food is more than “diet.”

We love food and it’s associated with our health in so many ways.  Food is nourishment, emotional, social, and healing, but it should be fun!  There’s no such thing as a perfect diet, but there is a way to learn how to nourish yourself and know you’re doing the right thing to feel your best health.
