+30 minute sessions – (just 20 minutes of REBOUNDING is almost equivalent to a 45-60 minute run!) Quick, therapeutic and rejuvenating. WATCH what your body can do in 30 minutes!

+LOW IMPACT – say goodbye to sore muscles and pounding your body on the ground… these European designed mini-trampoline surfaces are specially made with a bungee-cord system rather than a noisy spring based system – making it relaxing and enjoyable.

WHAT IS REBOUNDING: Rebounding is bouncing and jumping on a mini-trampoline. These trampolines are not toys, however, but the most advanced mini-trampolines in the world utilizing the Bellicon model which is nearly soundless when you jump. Jumping and bouncing on a rebounder strengthens every cell in the body. It provides a SMOOTH, Healthy bounce – with almost NO NEGATIVE Impact on your BODY… we have SOFT LANDINGS.

Rebounding is simple and fun! It is very simple and easy to stick with – almost anyone can do it. It is incredibly powerful and provides the body with so many significant health benefits that regular exercise cannot accomplish. In addition to it’s many health benefits, rebounding has one thing that sets it apart from all other exercises… it is the only one that strengthens, tightens, cleanses and tones EVERY CELL in the body.

BURNS more calories than conventional exercise because every muscle in your body has to move when you JUMP in order to stabilize and balance yourself…but it’s done very gently.
-Reduced BPM (this is designed at 90-120 Beats Per Minute) to reduce the intensity – making it achievable and gently, but totally effective as a thorough workout!

JUMPING on a mini-trampoline subjects the body to gravitational pull. YOUR strength is improved simply by your body becoming more efficient at opposing GRAVITY. This INCREASED Gravitation Load (g-force) gives you a greater exercise experience while minimizing the force on the body. Unlike exercise on a hard surface, which puts extreme stress on the skeletal frame and legs/knees/feet, with REBOUNDING – ALL 638 muscles of your body are engaged when you JUMP, but with much less impact – UP TO 85% less shock and IMPACT than hard surface exercise.
